Privacy policy

We collect only what the course needs to serve you on property: first name, hole, optional mobile number for status texts, and order details. Attendant location is collected only during an active shift and is shown to golfers as a hole number, not a live map of a person.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share a golfer’s phone number with staff, and we do not share a staff member’s personal cell with golfers. Texts are sent from a course-controlled PhoneMachine / Telnyx number.

Location sharing stops when a shift ends. If no attendant is on duty, the app offers snack-bar pickup at the turn instead of cart dispatch.

Payments at Wood Ranch are completed at the cart or snack-bar window, or on a member account. We do not store card numbers in the golfer app.

To delete your data, email privacy@heycartgirl.com. Apple App Store users can also request deletion from inside the app once the listing is live.
